What is it like to be a builder at dOrg?
It feels like being already in the Future of Work: self-organized membership-based organization with no hierarchy. What you put is what you receive.
What do you find most challenging about dOrg?
It’s so different to standard organizations that sometimes there is not really a playbook to follow: we make it up as we go!
What would you like others to know about dOrg?
Been pioneering on groundbreaking ways to manage (and self-manage) organizations and been producing incredible work in the web3 space for years. Our strength is in the fact that we are all members with our own interests and passions and you never get someone that is not self-driven, self-motivated and passionate about what they are building, because they are not forced by any boss to work on something they don’t want to.
What is your typical day like?
A series of transitions from research and study to production to creativity whirlwind to training to simply enjoying the presence and ideas of other beings.
