What is it like to be a builder at dOrg?
Working with incredibly talented individuals is incredibly inspiring every day. Being part of such a fantastic team and a decentralized organization has brought me a wealth of knowledge and experience that I know I could only have gained in this place. As a member of the Operations team, it's been an incredible journey, especially considering that this was my first professional experience.
I've grown and learned so much over the past two years, despite my young age. It's truly been a transformative experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute and grow alongside such remarkable colleagues.
What do you find most challenging about dOrg?
dOrg is my first professional experience in a decentralized organization, which brought me many challenges, one of them was communication and coordination, as the team members are spread across different time zones and have different schedules, however, it is not impossible and dOrg is a space where communication is paramount and essential and we always try to be as efficient as possible.
As a member of the Ops team at dOrg, I find that supporting various roles and team members can sometimes pose challenges. However, I always strive to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in my work, even when faced with heavy workloads. I have a genuine passion for helping others and being of assistance, which drives me to excel in my responsibilities despite any obstacles.
What would you like others to know about dOrg?
dOrg isn't just a workspace, it's a dynamic community of exceptional individuals striving to make a real-world impact through collaborative projects and client satisfaction.
It's where innovation meets purpose, where brilliant minds converge to tackle challenges and drive transformation. dOrg is more than just a space, it's a catalyst for meaningful change and boundless potential.
What is your typical day like?
My usual day begins with full energy, prompting me to head to the gym for an invigorating workout. Afterwards, I like to enjoy coffee or tea with my breakfast in the garden, which brings me peace and tranquility.
Afterwards, I immerse myself in work and collaborative projects, either in the comfort of my home listening to music or venturing into cafes or co-working spaces, as I seek out environments that feed my passion and uplift my spirit.
As the day progresses, in the evening, it's time to immerse myself in the academic world, attending university classes. When evening comes I tend to engage in recreational activities such as playing tennis, swimming, playing video games or hanging out with friends. After that, I go to sleep with the hope of having another amazing day the next day.
