What’s it like to be a builder at dOrg?
It’s really cool! You get to choose how much you can or want to work and you get paid great hourly rates. The work is all remote, so you can work wherever you are. You also get to work with people from all over the world. 😄
What is your work style like?
I have an iterative work style. I enjoy ideating and refining designs and often find myself having ideas about how to improve something I’ve already designed to make it more streamlined, intuitive, appealing, and user-friendly.
What do you do when you are not working?
I like doing different things when I’m not working. I’m usually listening to a podcast, playing games, browsing the web, or spending time with friends and my cat. I’ve also been getting more into AI lately, so I’ve been tinkering with it and learning about it.
What would you like others to know about dOrg?
It’s a great DAO to be part of! I’ve only had positive experiences during the two years or so I’ve been a part of dOrg.
