Gitcoin grants are live: Support dOrg members!
Take a moment to check our members' projects and support our community
At dOrg we value our members for what they are: talented humans, with innovative ideas that aim to change the status quo and contribute to an ecosystem full of impactful opportunities.
That's why we want to show our support to the dOrg members who are participating in this beta round of gitcoin grants (April 25th til May 9th).
Please, consider that every dollar counts. There's a grant matching pool that multiplies the impact of every dollar you give!
+5 great minds are behind these 4 projects that we want you to explore:
📑Covoco
Or Voting Contracts, is a project led by Leo Marlo and Abarat, voting contracts develop, deploy and maintain a system of voting smart contracts for the Ethereum ecosystem.
Covoco creates a landscape of voting contracts that allows decentralized orgs to plug into any voting mechanism and configure it to their ever more complex needs. Anyone can create voting contracts or use existing ones.
DAOs can simply plug in to a voting contract rather than hard-coding yet another, say, token-weighted voting. Plugging in is as simple as pointing to a deployed voting contract.

They have 22 active chapters in 9 countries, based on the work of hundreds of volunteers who believe that human culture is at a critical moment to evolve.
Bloom’s ready to expand to 100+ chapters on every continent.

🛠️The Mechanism Institute
This project is being built by Ori and Juan. The Mechanism Institute is a resource for designing cryptoeconomic solutions to coordination problems.Their aim is to advance the practice of cryptoeconomics by shortening iteration cycles.
This open library provides implementations & educational materials on governance primitives, fundraising primitives, payment primitives and more. This helps expedite the R&D phase for any web3 project.
The Institute will also research & develop new mechanisms, use-cases, design methodologies, and tools that expand the frontier of cryptoeconomic theory & practice.

🚀DAppNode
Lanski is DAppNode’s COO. He works hard with a super great team to provide a decentralized infrastructure layer accessible to everyone.
DAppNode is a decentralized infrastructure platform that allows users to easily host their own decentralized applications (dApps) and services. DAppNode makes it easy to host and run various types of blockchain software, such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, IPFS, and others.
Their software is the medium but the people have the power, by running their own nodes in their homes. Whatever network you want to power, DAppNode is there to simplify your task and facilitate a world where everyone can have their own gateway to web3.
