What is it like to be a builder at dOrg?
Being a builder at dOrg is amazing! What I enjoy most is working with such talented peers. It is a total pleasure to work with professionals that you can rely on and don’t have to always be on top to make sure things move forward.
Being part of a decentralized collective, where everyone is autonomous by choice, allows me and all members to enjoy absolute freedom and access to a myriad of culture and talent from within the web3.
What is your work style like?
I’d describe my style as relaxed-intense. Because of the nature of my role, I’m always wired to what’s going on but I let people do their jobs without interfering. This means that I’m curious, try to anticipate potential risks, and add my 2 cents to complex problems. I’m always attentive to deadlines and to the activity in our comms channels.
I do my best to make sure no one gets blocked and is enjoying their work, most of all I strive to make our clients are happy 🙂
What do you do when you are not working?
Play music, watch series, hangout with my family and friends, ride my bike.
