Steps:
1. Connect your wallet to their website to confirm if you have the tokens.

Take a brief moment to lock your GLM now before continuing, It only takes a couple of minutes.

What is it like to be a builder at dOrg?
Being a builder at dOrg is an exciting and dynamic experience. As a decentralized organization, dOrg offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain projects with a diverse and talented team from all over the world. The collaborative and open-source nature of the work allows for a great deal of creativity and innovation. Builders at dOrg are constantly learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies, making it a great environment for those who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the Web3 space.
What do you find most challenging about dOrg?
One of the most challenging aspects of working at dOrg is the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of the blockchain industry. Keeping up with the latest developments, technologies, and best practices requires a continuous commitment to learning and professional growth.
Additionally, working in a decentralized organization can present unique challenges in terms of communication and coordination, as team members are often spread across different time zones and have varying schedules.
As a Project Lead, I am also responsible for drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SoWs) and client contracts, which adds another layer of complexity to my role. Ensuring that these documents accurately reflect the scope and expectations of a project is crucial for maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
What would you like others to know about dOrg?
dOrg is not just a place to work; it's a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to building a more open, transparent, and equitable future through blockchain technology. It's a place where you can contribute to meaningful projects, grow your skills, and be part of a movement that is shaping the future of the internet and beyond.
What is your typical day like?
A typical day as a Project Lead at dOrg involves a mix of technical discussions, project management, and communication. The day might start with reviewing the progress of current projects, followed by meetings with team members to discuss challenges, brainstorm solutions, and plan next steps. Much of the time is spent coordinating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are on track and aligned with the organization's goals.
There's also a focus on staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, which might involve reading articles, participating in forums, or attending webinars. Additionally, I spend time drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SoWs and client contracts, as well as working with the team to manage client expectations and ensure that we deliver high-quality results. The day ends with documenting the day's progress and planning for the next day's tasks.
