Retreat highlights
🛥The Boat trip
First, we went on a boat trip together to discover hidden beaches and magnificent views while chatting and having drinks. Attached is some evidence.
🎙The Unconference day
We also enjoyed a day full of talks, in which our members raised different topics, projects, ideas and other cool stuff.
Some members showed their work, others proposed different ideas to improve dOrg and some wanted to share their experiences in new or ongoing projects.
🗺 The Secret Route
On this route our guide Localbird took us to the local beaches, during the day we had lunch together in a very authentic place, then we went to visit different places with cultural value, such as a house built with recycled and waste materials.
We also passed through a village and visited an abandoned convent. It was a day full of discoveries and adventures!
So, our retreat ended, and then what…? 👀
🚀 Then we took our way directly to ETH Berlin!

What would you like others to know about dOrg?
dOrg is a great place to work. dOrg is a meritocracy, and there are no external stakeholders to maximize profit for (like in most organizations). dOrg is "owned" and operated by its workers.
What are you currently working on?
I currently work with Gnosis Guild, developing Zodiac; the expansion pack for DAOs. For the most part, I do Web3 integration. I am really hoping for more smart contract work, though.
What would you say is the best thing that has happened to you since joining dOrg?
The best thing is definitely having kids! But professionally, it's quitting my day job (data scientist at a bank) and start DAOing with dOrg full-time!
