DEVCON

We were in Bogotá this month, enjoying a week full of  talks and learning. Some dOrg members were there and participated in different activities:

Pol

He delivered a talk at Devcon on "Everything a Solo Staker should know for the next phase of Ethereum" representing his project DAppNode. Check it out here!

Luis

Luis went to devcon and was present in different talks, he met Joshua and they shared their experiences.

For Luis it was an amazing event, he highlighted the organization, that everything was in favor of the environment and that interesting topics about ReFi, DeSci and much more were discussed.

Here are some of the talks he recommended to watch👇🏼:

- Positive Framing and Communication for Web3

- Sustainable Ecosystem Scaling

- Why Account Abstraction is a Game Changer for Dapps

- How to talk to girls users at parties your app

Joshua

Joshua participated with DreamDAO at Grantee Day in a conference on "What can DAOs learn from?".

One of Joshua's most important missions at the event was to let devcon people know about impactDAO's contributions, in which Joshua has been involved since the beginning of the project.  Also, Joshua had to answer the question: how to make Dream DAO more accessible to diverse communities?

In addition, Joshua was interviewed by "La Dream Machine" a project that seeks to expand the knowledge of web3 throughout LATAM.

What would you like others to know about dOrg?

dOrg is a really unique organization as a builder-governed firm. This creates incentives and processes which make it a really friendly place to work.

What is your typical day like?

These days, I explore Kuala Lumpur during the day with my wife and work in the evening, with a break for yoga, with a globally distributed team.

What has surprised you the most about working with dOrg?

How much flexibility there is for defining your schedule and projects you want to work on.

So far, I've worked almost full time for dOrg for almost 2.5 years on 11 client projects and have been a software developer for the past 7 years.
