This month, dOrg and Tezos announced the launch of Homebase Lambda DAOs.
A Lambda DAO is essentially a custom DAO structure that allows members to submit proposals to interact with smart contracts, injected as lambdas that can execute arbitrary contract calls, similar to Gnosis Safe. Users will be able to have their DAO evolve over time, and interact with new smart contracts and various dApps as their needs change. - Tezos Commons article.
Here are some thoughts from our developers involved in the project to learn more about Lambda DAOs:
The introduction of a modular system on Tezos Homebase through the new Lamba DAOs feature, will allow the platform to get prepared for future expansion, and will enable new DAOs to start adopting Homebase and create modules that fit their needs around this ecosystem. Considering the fast growing nature of the crypto scene and the innovations around it, having a platform that has room for expansion becomes a must have for granting the long term success of it. - Fernando Torres (Tech Lead)
The lambda DAOs allow any community to interact with the DAOs in their own unique way making sure that our platform can incorporate all sorts of use-cases and interactions. We are excited to see the use cases communities come up with and plan to create a gallery of plugins and lambdas for DAOs in the coming months. - Manank Patni (Smart Contracts dev)

What is it like to be a builder at dOrg?
It's an amazing experience right from when you're accepted into the DAO. The community is very welcoming and you'll feel right at home from the beginning.
Other members are also very skilled so it's fun working together and solving problems/big products. There's a ton of flexibility with how / when you work and also on what you wanna work. So overall pretty good.
What do you do when you are not working?
When I am not working - I am either working on a side project, exploring and reading other stuff going on in web3 space, watching anime, playing valorant, reading books/novels.
What is your work style like?
I like to take a practical and iterative approach to do something, so just make an MVP and iterate over it.
