What would you like others to know about dOrg?
That’s a collective full of top-end professionals and beautiful humans working together to help our clients accelerate their development needs.
What’s your typical day like?
I have a routine that easily gets disrupted when I’m on the road, but on a regular day I’d wake up, practice yoga, go to the gym or start the day at the beach, have breakfast and then read or research about sth that inspires or keeps me motivated.
Around midday I’d start working mostly on answering emails, replying messages, or meetings. Afternoon-evening it’s when my energy is at its peak so I’m very protective around this schedule to make sure I can focus and execute my daily tasks, so for example my meetings are usually scheduled before/after lunch.
I’d usually schedule time after dinner for either more creative work or executive tasks, before I wind down with a self-care time or quality time with my partner before going to sleep.
What has surprised you the most about working with dOrg?
When I joined dOrg 1,5-2 years ago I remember I was surprised by how the collective welcomed me and helped me onboard into my role. This was the beginning of a culture of mutual support to get work done. Which I think it’s one of the greatest features, pushing for collective success while we grow at a professional and personal level.
Then coming from a background in architecture, I was really shocked the first day I signed my first multi-sig tranx to send salaries to dOrg members living in +20 different countries.
You can also add something more about yourself and your experience as a dOrg builder?
While coming from a very different background, dOrg it’s probably one of the communities I ever felt more connected to because of the values of the members working here and our long-term vision on how blockchain technology can contribute to advance towards more fair and sovereign societies.
Also, most of us combine our entrepreneurial projects with our contractual work at dOrg, so we learn and get inspired from each other's projects.
Meeting together IRL for an organization retreat last year was definitely one of the highlights since I started contributing in the collective. I’m happy that after all this time I can call many of the dOrg members friends.
