What is it like to be a builder at dOrg?
Being part of dOrg has been a unique and rewarding experience. Each new project brings its own interesting challenges, often involving cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches. We work with high-profile clients and leading players in the web3 space, which continually pushes us to grow and adapt. Additionally, as members, we hold ownership in dOrg proportional to our contributions, aligning our success with the DAO’s overall growth.
What do you find most challenging about dOrg?
Switching between projects—each with its own focus, team, and required skill set—is challenging, but it has significantly strengthened my problem-solving abilities. This diversity of experience has helped me adapt quickly and develop a versatile approach, making me feel equipped to tackle almost any new challenge with confidence.
What would you say is the best thing that has happened to you since joining dOrg?
The best part of joining dOrg has been the opportunity to work with a diverse team of talented individuals who are passionate about decentralization and the future of web3. This environment has expanded my knowledge and skill set immensely, introducing me to novel technologies and frameworks. Additionally, the structure at dOrg, where we’re partial owners of the DAO based on our contributions, has made me feel both valued and motivated, knowing that our collective success directly impacts us all.
